The 3 main goals of our collective kitchen is to:
- Reduce food waste as much as possible by transforming surplus food.
- Fight and advocate against social isolation of the elderly.
- Promote good physical and mental health.
Whether it is quantities of food received in bulk, moldy or squished fruits and vegetables, our chefs do it all to turn food that would have gone to waste into delicious meals and snacks for our clients & events!
