The official launch of the West Island Assistance Fund (WIAF) New Horizons for Seniors program happened this Friday, July 12, in collaboration with Community Mental Health Perspective (CMHP) at the Gerry-Robertson Community Centre.
39 clients and 8 CMHP workers, as well as 8 volunteers, took part in the WIAF’s Harvesting Hope Community Kitchen.
It was a wonderful event in the company of our community’s seniors. The coming months are looking good!
